Dr. Helmstetter’s Self Talk Program changed the lives of everyone in our family for the better. I cannot say enough about his “Self Talk” Program. We have his “Lifetime Library” and it has made all the difference for our entire family.

This is a great video. I have read Shad’s book and I have to say it is really good. Once I learnt this things change in my life. If you have not read the book I would recommend you get it.

I love SHAD’S materials. I have the tape series and it’s really a fun,almost effortless way of changing the negative programs that we have all been exposed to.
